Dear Residents,
We are pleased to inform you that the community pool will officially open for the 2025 summer season on June 1st and will remain open until September 1st. We anticipate another enjoyable and safe swimming season for all our residents.
Please note the following important information:
Pool Hours:Â The pool will be open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Priority is given to those who make reservations at https://www.oldesalemtownship.org/.
HOA Fees: Please note that access to the pool is contingent upon being up to date on your HOA fees. Residents with outstanding balances and/or violation issues will not be permitted to use the tennis court or pool facilities until their accounts are settled. Â
Pool Rules:Â For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please familiarize yourself with and adhere to the posted pool rules and guest policy.
Each family is limited to groups of 5.Â
Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcomed but the pool may be booked by homeowners who made reservations.
All homeowners must enter by using their key fob. FOBs can only be issued to the homeowner whose name is on the account. We can not issue to spouses if their name is not on the account. Please bring your driver's license. Tenants are welcomed to swim if they have the fob assigned to the property.
Homeowners with violations and/or a balance due have no amenity privileges. Once the balance has been paid in full, all privileges will be restored.Â
No smoking, alcoholic beverages or food is allowed at the pool or inside the tennis court.
If you do not have your fob, pool monitors can point you in the right direction; however, they can not give you access.
Safety Measures: We kindly ask everyone to follow the pool monitors’ instructions and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area.
