Thank you for considering Olde Salem Township as your home!If your are new to our community, we would like to welcome you to a wonderful place to live with loads of potential. Olde Salem Township is a HOA covenant - community of 365 homes. Approximate sizes range from 1,600 sq. ft. up to 3,000 sq. ft.

Here you will find a variety of ranch and two-story floor plans, as well as many different exterior elevations, all of which add to the character and charm of the neighborhood. If you are planning to visit our community, we have provided directions for your convenience. Please see below.
Directions
In Conyers residents enjoy a growing, progressive area, that has a home-town, friendly feeling. To get to Olde Salem Township:
From downtown Atlanta
1. Travel I-20 East toward Augusta. Take the GA-162/Salem Road exit, EXIT 84.
2. Turn right onto Salem Rd SE/GA-162.
3. Go to the 2nd traffic light. Turn right onto Salem Rd SE/GA-162.
4. Travel 0.6 miles. Take the 1st left onto Avalon Pkwy SE.
5. You are entering the Olde Salem Township Community.
Meet the Board
As a majority-rule process helps to create checks and balances, the Board strives to move forward in the best interest of the OST homeowners collectively. In a community of 365 homes, this is hardly a simple task and is seldom done to the satisfaction of all; but we work hard as a team to see that you have a quality place to live.
Currently, the OST Board is comprised of three dedicated homeowners who care about the quality of life in Olde Salem Township. Each member brings his/her own gift to the Board and to the community though each of us are very different from the other. In spite of our differences, there is at least one sentiment that we all share:
President: Anthony Carter

Anthony Carter has been a resident of OST since 2004. He is a Building official for the City of Atlanta with over 15 years of experience in architecture. During his time in OST he has served on numerous committees and on the Board in various capacities. He plays a critical part in our decision making and plays a vital role in keeping OST up and running.
